[Results and conclusions] 1.Through the series of therapy oral malodor was observed to significantly reduce either by sensory method or by BB checker. In salivary tests, it was observed the increasing of static salivary flow and the decreasing of precipitation. Tongue plaque was observed to tend to reduce and anaerobes also observed to reduce quantitatively. 2.Above all, following improvements of aerobic circumstances and salivary conditions, physiological oral malodor was reduced. Therefore these methods of t3.Additionally, BANA test utilizing BANA hydrolysis is useful to measure the effects of the therapy. |
